Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your account and data for the Trich Reset app, operated by Lux Innovations.

Delete your account inside the app

Open the Trich Reset app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Or request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email info@luxinnovations.com.au from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account and login credentials (email address).
Your profile (alias, voice preference, subscription status).
All wellbeing data: mood check-ins, journal entries, urge logs, and intake questionnaire answers.
Regrowth progress photos: every photo file and its date and body-area tag.
App activity: listening progress, streaks, badges, and XP.
Your notification token.

What is kept

Nothing is retained after deletion, except records our payment providers (such as Google Play) are legally required to keep for billing and tax purposes. Subscription payments themselves are managed by Google Play — cancel your subscription in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions.
